Full-Time Nannies

Whether you’re looking for someone to provide care during work hours, or otherwise, our placement counselors will match you with the nanny who is right for you!
Duties
A full-time nanny provides full-charge care of your child and all child-related duties, including laundry, cleaning, and transportation. Providing much more than general supervision, nannies work alongside parents to ensure that the child is happy, healthy, and thriving. While responsibilities vary greatly depending on the household, YesBabyCare nannies take special care in organizing fun, educational, and age-appropriate activities and outings in order to keep little ones stimulated and content.
Schedules
Full-time nannies generally work between 40 – 60 hours per week. Schedules depend on the family, their individual needs, and the level of travel and flexibility required. Most nannies work a traditional schedule of Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, however if your schedule is unconventional, we’re here to help! Our team of placement counselors will work with you to determine the schedule that would best suit your needs.
Rates
Rates for full-time nannies vary depending on the nanny’s experience, the position duties, the preferred schedule, and the level of travel and flexibility required in the role. Our placement counselors will work closely with you to develop a competitive compensation package based upon your family’s needs. Current rates for professional nannies are between $25-$40 per hour. In addition to their wages, most full-time nannies receive the following benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, paid holidays/sick days, and a health insurance stipend.

Safety first! YesBabyCare is diligent in researching candidates so you don’t have to. We require a criminal background check, analyze work history, thoroughly interview references, and conduct an internet screening.
Education
In the childcare industry, experience and education can be represented in many forms. Some of our candidates have formal degrees, some have more than 30 years of experience, but all have passion for working with children. All of our nannies are at least 21 years of age and are required to have a current infant and child CPR and First Aid certification, a high school diploma, and a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Experienced
At YesBabyCare, we hold nannies to a high standard, requiring candidates to have at least 3 years of professional childcare experience. We represent nannies who are well-trained, dependable, motivated, and who have demonstrated a love for their chosen profession.
Character
We all know that children learn by observing adults, and at YesBabyCare, we understand that nannies are more than just caregivers – they are mentors and role models. We consider a nanny’s moral and ethical character to be just as important as what’s on her resume, and take special care in recruiting candidates who are honest, respectful, dependable, and kind.

YesBabyCare candidates are tech savvy, using modern conveniences to enhance their work. And with technology today, the possibilities are endless! What would make your day better? A picture of your little one at the park? A Skype session to say goodnight to your child when you are out of town? Our nannies can make it happen.

One thing that characterizes all our nannies is a passion for working with children. To them, it isn’t just a “job” – it’s a lifelong labor of love. Most of our candidates began their careers as early as high-school, working as neighborhood babysitters or camp counselors, and are now professional nannies. Our nannies love their jobs, and we think that’s pretty cool.
